I recently launched a new wedding invitation suite as part of my customisable House Collection, and it’s already become one of my favourites! Inspired by the crystal turquoise waters of the Mediterranean sea, Geo incorporates geometric detailing, watercolour washes, and beautiful copper foiling on vellum into the design, and is perfect for a destination wedding or a coastal wedding with a modern feel.
The invitation card consists of two layers, to reflect the shifting colours and textures of the sea: a beautiful geometric watercolour design on white card, and a clear vellum overlay with the wedding details in shiny copper foil, which gives it a lovely luxurious finish. The two layers can be secured either with a copper eyelet or a copper teardrop paperclip. On the back of the card is a matching monogram logo, which is also featured throughout the suite. The invitations are finished off with emerald green envelopes, although other colours are available if preferred, particularly if you choose to customise this design to match your specific wedding colours.
The wedding stationery collection also includes a Save the Date, RSVP card, and details card, all featuring the same watercolour crystal design, and of course, additional matching wedding day stationery can also be created, including menus, place cards, table plans and signage.
All of my wedding stationery is made to order, and like the other House Collection designs, Geo can be customised just for you! For example, if you have a different palette in mind for your wedding, you can opt to have the invitation suite colour changed to suit your theme, and I’ll advise on the best options for envelope colours to match. You can also customise the metallic accent – while copper foiling is standard with this design, you can also opt for gold, silver, or rose gold if you prefer. Another way to add something unique is to add a venue illustration or hand-drawn map – a perfect final detail for a destination wedding!
