Ready to order?
Your wedding is so incredibly personal, so instead of having an ‘add to cart’ ordering system, I offer a 1-2-1 ordering service. This means I can get to know you and offer as much advice and support as you need when it comes to ordering your wedding stationery. Your order will be processed, designed, produced, packed up, and dispatched by me and I’m always available to you to discuss things or answer any questions while we’re working together.
From the start of the design process to receiving your finished stationery, the estimated timescales are:
4-6 weeks for customisable House Collection orders
4-6 weeks for Wedding Day stationery
at least 8 weeks for my Bespoke Design service
*Please order 2-3 months BEFORE you need your finished prints or longer if you are looking for a bespoke design.
Initial consultation to find out your requirements and gather all of the information. This is usually done via email for customisable designs and phone for bespoke designs.
If you’re happy to go ahead with your booking, a copy of my T&C’s is sent out to you along with an invoice for the non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This is £100 for customisable orders or the full design fee for semi-custom and bespoke orders.
Once payment has been received the design process will begin. For all orders you will get up to 3 digital design proofs included. This allows you to make any minor amends to text or the design layout.
When you have approved your digital proof, the invoice for the remaining print and production costs will be sent to you. As soon as payment has been received your order will be sent to print.
When the prints arrive I will get to work applying any finishing touches and packing up your order, before providing an estimated delivery date for your finished stationery.
When your order is ready to be sent out, I will arrange a suitable delivery date with you. All orders are sent via 24 hour signed for courier service, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated.
